Please note that Day 3 Creation, LLC, products are perishable and cannot be resold if returned. To ensure customer safety, No returns are allowed for opened products. All unopened product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by emailing day3help@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for a 15% processing fee and all shipping costs for unopened returned items. After obtaining this number, simply return the product with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box within 7 days of receipt of the product to receive a purchase price refund less shipping fees, processing fees, and Get Relief/Give Relief contributions. Opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
